Poster Guidelines

• Posters are not a standard poster size and cannot exceed 36" wide x 48" high.

• Posters which exceed these dimensions will be removed and excluded from consideration for awards.

Instructions for Speakers

• ​Slides must be uploaded to Google Drive.  Deadlines and naming conventions were sent to emails.  

• Presentations not uploaded as instructed will be excluded from consideration for awards.
